Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days for orders placed before 06:00 PM EDT (excluding weekends and holidays), provided the order confirmation has been received via email. You will receive a follow-up email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We aim to deliver your order to the delivery address you provide when placing your order.

If we anticipate exceeding the estimated delivery date, we may notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, or expense arising from any delay in delivery.

There may be locations where we are unable to deliver products. In such cases, we will inform you and ensure that the order is either canceled and refunded, or delivered to an alternate delivery address confirmed by you.

Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address, unless the delivery is delayed due to your failure to meet your obligations under these terms. In that case, responsibility transfers on the date the delivery would have occurred had your obligations been met. If you are unable to accept delivery or pick up your order, we may provide you with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or collection with the carrier.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to monitor the status of your shipment. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@asfiajewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and complies with our return policy. We will refund the full amount of the product. Please refer to our full return policy for more details.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@asfiajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue promptly and work to find a mutually agreeable solution.
